Word Password Recovery Master can help you in those unwanted situations when you need to open a Word document that was password-protected and you lost or forgot the password.

This powerful utility can decrypt password-protected documents created with any version of Microsoft Word from Office 97 to Office 2010. It can also handle different types of Word documents: DOC, DOCX, DOCM, DOT, DOTX, DOTM, etc. Furthermore, this reliable utility can deal with different kinds of passwords, being able to reset "open", "protection" and "write" passwords.

Most other password recovery tools use combinations of brute force and dictionary-based attacks in order to crack and retrieve the passwords. This means that the recovery process takes a very long time and its result is often inaccurate. To my surprise, Word Password Recovery Master was completely different. In order to grant access to the document with the forgotten password, this powerful tool didn’t even bother to recover that password. Instead, it simply connected to a powerful server which quickly found the needed password and removed it. This tool practically disabled the entire protection for the document, and it did that in a mere 3 seconds. Thanks to this, Word Password Recovery Master gets to be the first password recovery tool that I actually recommend with all my heart. It’s also easy-to-use and it’s even less extensive than many other password recovery tools.

It says it supports .docx. Just like all the others, it doesn't.

Lousy one like all of them, why is there no effort given to build a good one?
